Zesty Shrimp & Rice

This Zesty Shrimp & Rice recipe is packed with flavor. The best part? It only takes FIVE ingredients to make! This means grocery shopping is a breeze, and less prep means fewer dishes to clean and more time to get on with your evening.

You’ll be left with good food, full stomachs, and happy people. How can you go wrong?

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen rice & vegetable blend (we used Steamfresh brown & wild rice with corn, carrots & peas)
  • 1½ lbs. jumbo raw shrimp, peeled
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 (.7 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
  • ½ C. melted butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°. Grease a 9x13" baking pan and dump in the rice blend, shrimp, and lemon. 

Mix the dressing and butter and pour over the food in the pan; stir to coat and spread out evenly. Cover the pan and bake about 30 minutes or until the shrimp just turn pink, stirring lightly once during baking.
