It’s that time of year again… time to break out the green shirts and celebrate all things Irish! And what’s more Irish than a good old pint of Guinness? Although it’s great on its own, we put a twist on the traditional by adding a little something sweet.
This Chocolate-Guinness Float is great any time of year, but it's especially delicious around St. Paddy's Day!
Place two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a mug. Fill with chilled Guinness. (You could also try a chocolate stout). That’s it! A simple and delicious Saint Paddy’s Day treat.
If Guinness isn’t your thing, try a Bourbon-Ginger Beer Float. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 2 oz. of Bourbon in a mug. Top it off with chilled ginger beer.
